CSIR NGRI MTS Selection Process 2025 

The selection process for the CSIR NGRI 2025 recruitment will be conducted through an OMR-based Written Examination comprising objective-type multiple-choice questions. The exam will be held in offline mode, and the questions will be set in English, Hindi, and Telugu (except for the English Language section). The standard of the examination will be of Class 10 level, and the total duration of the test will be 2 hours. 

CSIR NGRI MTS Exam Pattern 2025 

The written test will consist of 150 questions carrying a total of 450 marks. Each question will carry 3 marks, and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The detailed subject-wise distribution is as follows:

• General Intelligence: 25 Questions – 75 Marks 

• Quantitative Aptitude: 25 Questions – 75 Marks 

• General Awareness: 50 Questions – 150 Marks 

• English Language: 50 Questions – 150 Marks 

CSIR NGRI MTS Salary 2025 

The CSIR NGRI MTS Salary 2025 is offered as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines. Selected candidates for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) post will receive a salary under Pay Level-1 in the Pay Matrix, with an approximate monthly salary of ₹35,973 including allowances. The salary package comprises Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other admissible benefits as per CSIR rules and regulations.
